How do I book you to cover my property?
Start by contacting us- you can fill out our contact form, drop us an email, or send a message on WhatsApp. Once we have your details, we can begin discussing the size and type of property you have, and how we can best capture it.
After that, if you decide to choose us as your photographers, we can go ahead and secure a date for us to come visit and bring your vision to life.
What payment methods do you accept?
For both the deposit, and the remaining balance of your property photography we accept direct bank transfer (for Mexico), PayPal and Wise (processing fees apply), or cash which is tax free!
Where can I learn about your pricing?
The best way is to contact us. Our pricing is mainly dependent on the size of your property, the number of rooms it has and whether it includes common areas such rooftops and amenities. By having a chat we can learn a few more details about your space, which will help us design the best coverage for your property which suits you.
Will my final photos be edited/ retouched?
Yes, all the final photos will be carefully edited which includes things such as exposure correction, color correction, cropping and straightening, white balance, etc. Photos will be edited in a natural way, keeping in line with the colors and themes of your space. All photos within our portfolio are edited in our style, so check these out for a better idea.
How will my photos be delivered?
We deliver photos on a stylish online gallery, personalized to you. You can download all the images and share this with clients if required.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
Currently we are based in Playa Del Carmen in the Rivera Maya, Mexico. We also love to travel, and are available to cover properties in the surrounding Quintana Roo areas. Get in touch with us to arrange your shoot.
